OUR STORY

LoLa 42, located right on the waterfront in Seaport Boston, was opened in 2017 by Marco Coelho. Like its sister restaurant, LoLa 41, this place is named after the line of latitude it sits on. It offers a special dining experience with dishes inspired by countries along the 42nd parallel.

Our menu brings together favorite flavors from places like Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, Mongolia, Japan, and the United States. When you sit down at our sushi bar or cocktail bar, look out for the coins from these countries embedded right there at the bar.

Dress Code

Proper Attire is Required.

LoLa 42 enforces a business casual dress code. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire, athletic apparel, jerseys, hats, beanies, bandanas, ball caps, and tank tops. Clothing emitting offensive odors are not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property.

Admittance to LoLa 42 is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status.
